The property is situated on the North East side of Samos Island, in the picturesque and unspoiled area of Agia Paraskevi, fifteen minutes drive from the center of Samos town with the islands main port, the hospital and 40 minutes drive from the airport. The settlement of Agia Paraskevi and its surroundings is an ideal place for residential and touristic development and by special governmental law no industry is allowed to operate in the area.
The existing buildings are mainly summer villas but lately some of the owners stay throughout the year.

Out of the 22.083 square meters a part of 8.050 square meters area lies inside the city limits of the settlement of Agia Paraskevi and the other part of 14.033 square meters area is situated outside the city limits. Both parts are constructible. One can build a resort or a complex of villas of 6686 sq.m.
