Theoprepos Malagaris	Theoprepos Malagaris, graduate of the National Technical University of Athens, founded the Malagaris Construction Company in the late 60s’. His scientific background, his vast working experience and his guiding principals of respect to the local architectural characteristics and the protection of the environment while keeping the customer happy led the company to prosperity for 30 years.
Georgios Malagaris	In 1997 his son Georgios Malagaris, B.Sc. M.Sc. of the University of Wales, took over the reins of the company. After extensively modernising the company with the introduction of cutting edge technologies and new operating systems he drastically augmented the circle of activities, thus today the Company ranks among the top building contractors of the island.
Dimitrios Laskaris	Dimitrios Laskaris, graduate of the National Technical University of Athens, has joined the company in 1999 and the Laskaris—Malagaris Planning Ltd was formed. He has been involved in a significant number of construction and planning projects both in Europe and Africa since 1986.
Iraklis Athanassakis	Iraklis Athanassakis, graduate of the University of Patras, Electrical and Computing Engineering Department, is the company’s mechanical engineer, responsible for the design, construction and control of the mechanical installations such as electrical, pluming, air-conditioning, swimming-pools, sewage and irrigation etc.
Adonis Axiotis	Adonis Axiotis is the works manager of the company assigned to control the works progress and to deliver the after completion services stated on the property management section.
Michalis Georgoudis	Michalis Georgoudis isthe company's full time employed topographer proficient in the use of the latest design software, Theodolite and GPS instruments. Along with his crew, he has conducted numerous topographical survey projects, in the islands of Samos, Chios, Fourni, Ikaria and Patmos.
Alexandros Malagaris	Alexandros Malagaris, B.Sc. M.Sc. of the University of Wales and the University of Surrey respectively, is the financial and marketing consultant of the company.
